• All services are provided 'as is' and we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability.

• Payment is required before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified and include applicable taxes.

• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy, typically within 30 days for digital products.

• Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes must be resolved directly with us before involving payment processors.

• All content, designs, code, and materials created by WebsDew remain our intellectual property until full payment.

• Upon full payment, clients receive appropriate usage rights as specified in the service agreement.

• Clients retain ownership of their content, data, and materials provided to us.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed.

• Third-party licenses and software are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our work is strictly prohibited.

• Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when using our services.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Users must not use our services for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

• Content provided by users must not violate any laws, infringe rights, or contain malicious code.

• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

• Any misuse of our services may result in immediate termination of access.

• WebsDew's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice, except in cases of breach where immediate termination may apply.

• Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due and access to services will be suspended.

• We will provide reasonable assistance in data export and transition, subject to additional fees if extensive work is required.
